Dalton brings nearly twenty years of diverse experience in the pharmaceutical and private equity industries. Dalton joined LVP after serving as Director of Business Development and new product planning for the US subsidiary of Novo Nordisk. Prior to that, he held a number of global marketing leadership roles for pipeline products at Daiichi Sankyo.
In his roles at Novo Nordisk and Daiichi Sankyo, Dalton focused primarily on diabetes and metabolic disease, as well as other therapeutic areas including respiratory, hormone therapy and critical bleeding. Dalton also worked in product management for Roche where he was responsible for marketing cardiovascular and anti-infective products.
Dalton holds an MBA from Yale University and received a B.A. in political science from Drew University.
